Since they have to be artificially inseminated and have a c-section, breeders have to do progesterone testing as well to track ovulation and breed just at the right time. 

Responsible, reputable breeders also health test their dogs to ensure they are top quality and will not pass on any genetic diseases or other problems to their puppies.

We also have our dogs DNA tested to ensure accuracy as to what we are producing color-wise. 

Most French Bulldogs have small litters (3-5 usually). Sometimes just one!
